血翳包睛 血翳包睛   病证名。见《银海精微》。又名彩云捧日。多系肝肺风热壅盛,心火内炽,瘀血凝滞所致。常并发于椒疮并由赤膜下垂演变而来。《目经大成》卷二:“此症初起,或左或右,赤肿狂痛,泪流如汤,畏避不敢向阳,恍若暴风客热。失治,赤脉大小纵横,贯过风轮。越宿,加头痛便秘,赤脉陡大,变成血障。障复实而成翳,厚蔽震巽轮廓。强掰开视,黑白无有,惟一体血肉,故曰血翳包睛。”宜用红花散加减。外点石燕丹。参见赤膜下垂条。
