血翳包睛 血翳包睛 病证名。见《银海精微》。又名彩云捧日。多系肝肺风热壅盛，心火内炽，瘀血凝滞所致。常并发于椒疮并由赤膜下垂演变而来。《目经大成》卷二：“此症初起，或左或右，赤肿狂痛，泪流如汤，畏避不敢向阳，恍若暴风客热。失治，赤脉大小纵横，贯过风轮。越宿，加头痛便秘，赤脉陡大，变成血障。障复实而成翳，厚蔽震巽轮廓。强掰开视，黑白无有，惟一体血肉，故曰血翳包睛。”宜用红花散加减。外点石燕丹。参见赤膜下垂条。
