延胡索(yanhusuo)

罂粟科紫堇属中的栽培种,学名Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang.多年生草本植物。别名元胡、玄胡。块茎供药用,为中国特产。分布于东北地区、河北、山东和浙江等省。

块茎扁球形,内部黄色。地上茎高9-20cm,纤细稍肉质。叶具长柄,总状花序,顶生或与叶对生,花冠紫红色。蒴果长圆形或椭圆形,种子卵圆形、细小,具光泽。花期4月至5月。果期5月至6月。

喜温和湿润气候,能耐寒,怕干旱、怕涝。以向阳高燥、排水良好、保肥力强、富含腐殖质的中性或微酸性的砂质壤土或壤土为好。生育期为210天左右,忌连作,前作以中稻、秋玉米、甘薯、白术、薏苡或粟为宜。

用块茎繁殖。尤以9月下旬至10月上旬为适期。以条栽为好。按行距15-20cm开5cm深的浅沟,在沟内交错栽种两行,上盖一层草木灰,边种边覆土,每公顷用种量900-1125kg。生长期间可追施氮、磷、钾混合肥料。因地下茎分布在土表,切忌中耕。拔草3-4次。

病虫害有霜霉病Peronospora corydalis、锈病Puccinia brandegei、菌核病Sclerotinia sclerotiorum;地老虎、种蝇、蝼蛄等。

5月中下旬地上部分枯萎后挖掘块茎,放在室内摊开,去须根、洗净,按大小分级,置沸水中煮烫至无白心为度,晒干或烘干(50-60℃),一般折干率为3∶1,每公顷产干货1-3t。

味辛、苦,性温,有活血、散淤、利气、止痛功能。主治胃脘痛、胸腹痛、疝痛、经行腹痛、产后淤血腹痛、跌扑疼痛等。
