延胡索碱 corydaline 一种生物碱。分子式C22H27NO4。存在于罂粟科紫堇属植物延胡索块茎中。中国植物化学家赵承嘏等从国产延胡索的块茎中分离得到延胡索甲素、乙素和丑素。延胡索乙素分子式C21H25NO4;为薄片状结晶;在空气中易变黄;熔点148~149℃ ;不溶于水,溶于氯仿;能与各种无机酸生成结晶盐,乙素为消旋四氢棕榈碱,可拆分为左旋和右旋的光学对映体。乙素具有较强的镇痛、镇静和催眠作用,无成瘾性,毒性也较低,对内脏钝痛、妇产科疾患疼痛均有镇痛功效,也可用于解除紧张和调节神经系统机能。小鼠半数致死量151~158毫克/千克。
延胡索丑素的分子式为C19H21NO4 ;为斜方晶体;熔点236℃,比旋光度-270°(氯仿);易溶于氯仿,不溶于水;能与无机酸生成结晶盐。其化学结构为L-四氢非洲防己胺,药理作用与乙素相似,但镇痛作用略低。 |
