手术名 。阴茎再造术之一。手术分四期完成：硬膜外或腰麻。术式近似腹壁部套入式皮管阴茎再造 术。但其皮瓣取自大腿内侧，并在手术第三期即将阴茎内支撑物(软骨)插入残留的阴茎海绵 体间约2cm深处，以肠线或丝线固定。参见腹壁部套入式皮管阴茎再造术条。
