性质:又称厚朴碱,厚朴箭毒碱,巨箭毒碱。无色细棱柱状结晶。半水合物(由水+甲醇)熔点200℃(泡腾)。旋光度-91°(c=0.96,水)。易溶于水,不溶于有机溶剂。其苦味酸盐为黄色针状结晶(甲醇+丙酮),熔点180~181℃。碘化物白色片状结晶(甲醇),熔点198~199℃。天然存在于樟科植物山鸡椒(Litsea cubeba (Lour.) Pers.)树皮等植物中。本品具有抗微生物、抗血小板、细胞毒、血管舒张、降血压、松弛横纹肌等作用。
