性质:暗红色粉状物,溶于水呈暗红色;在硫酸中呈红光橙色,稀释后转红色。属单偶氮型阳离子染料。

制备方法:将N-乙基苯胺用环氧乙烷进行羟乙基化,经氯化、氨化后,与2-氯-4-硝基苯胺重氮盐进行偶合,而后经甲基化(委胺化)、过滤、干燥即得成品。原料消耗(kg/t)N-乙基苯胺 750环氧乙烷 250二甲胺(40%) 17502-氯-4-硝基苯胺 520盐酸(31%) 550三氯甲烷 420硫酸二甲酯 1220三氯氧磷 800

用途:用于腈纶及其混纺织物的印染。也可用于改性涤纶的染色和乙酸纤维织物的印花。染浴pH值宜在3.5-5.5,色光、色泽均较稳定。该品染在腈纶上为暗红色,色光带黄,主要用于拼色。可与阳离子黄7GLL、蓝5GL拼染各种浅色;与阳离子黄GL、蓝NBL或蓝7GL拼染深浓色泽。
