性质:具有强镇痛效应的一种内源性神经肽。从猪垂体分离得到由256个氨基酸组成的脑啡肽原B(强啡肽/新内啡肽原),其C端经酶解可得到4种强啡肽:(1)强啡肽A(209~225),十七肽,其效力比亮氨酸脑啡肽强700倍,比内啡肽强50倍;(2)强啡肽B(228~240),十三肽;(3)强啡肽32(209~240),32肽,含强啡肽A和B;(4)强啡肽1~8(209~216)八肽。这4长期共存中强啡肽的N端都含有亮氨酸脑啡肽的氨基酸序列(Tyr-Gly-Gly-Phe-Leu)。
