【制作】
将莲子、芡实、枸杞子、百合洗净；龟宰后去肠杂洗净，取肉切成小块。上料共入锅中，加清水适量，武火煮沸后，加入米酒和精盐，改文火煮3小时，至龟肉熟烂，调入味精、芫荽即可，饮汤食全部用料。
