性质: 是多段固定床反应器的一种类型,其特点是经过部分反应的反应物系与冷却介质直接混合而降温,然后进入下一段绝热催化床继续反应。如果冷却介质是冷原料气,则冷激后反应气体混合物的初始组成与原料气的组成相同,因此原料气冷激反应过程的平衡曲线和最佳温度曲线都不变,但冷激后关键组分的反应率降低。氨合成、甲醇合成等催化反应器大都采用多段原料气冷激式反应器。一氧化碳变换过程用水蒸气冷激,则冷激后反应混合物的初始组成与冷激前不同,因此冷激后平衡曲线及最佳温度曲线都相应而变,但关键组分的反应率没有变化。
