| 寒邪 中医病因之一。寒是冬季主气。寒邪致病多在冬季。有内寒与外寒的区别。外寒是外界的寒气侵犯人体而发生疾病的病邪，伤于肌表，称为伤寒，直中脏腑的则称中寒。内寒则是人体机能衰退，阳气不足而致的病证。内、外寒不同，但可相互影响。如阳虚内寒之人，易感外寒；而外寒侵入，易伤阳气，引起内寒。寒为阴邪，易伤阳气。卫阳受损，则恶寒；寒邪中里，直中脾胃或伤肺肾之阳，则出现畏寒肢冷、下利清谷等证 。寒性凝滞 ，易致气滞血瘀，使经脉不通，“不通则痛”，出现周身疼痛或脘腹疼痛等痛证。寒性收引，寒邪伤人，易气机收敛牵引作痛。寒在皮毛腠理，毛窍收缩，卫阳郁闭，发热恶寒，无汗；寒在肌肉经络，则拘急不伸、冷厥不仁、脉浮紧。寒邪致病与肾脏关系密切，肾中藏有真阳，为一身阳气之本。 |
