性学名。系指社会性的性意向，即社会人群对“性”的心理倾向。性观念相对稳定，就会构成当时社区的性道德和性行为规范，后者又反向制约于所在社区个性的性行为。性观念内化后，转化为对本能欲望的理性控制。使得感官性刺激与性欲在某种程度上分离。性观念内化，对快感获得有二重作用：其一，使对象专一，性行为节制，有益于性欲的常盛不衰，理性控制使性欲叠加、浓缩并集中释放，促进快感获得；其二，过分的理性控制，会破坏性的自然属性。
