目的建立生姜中指标成分6-姜酚的分析方法,并以此为指标从三种提取方法中筛选出最佳提取方法,优化超临界CO_2萃取生姜的工艺参数;建立木香中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的分析方法,并以此为指标优化乙醇回流法提取木香的工艺参数;通过药效学实验筛选最佳抗晕动中药组方,优选生姜、藿香和木香的最佳配比;以生姜、藿香和木香的最佳配比为主药制备抗晕动姜香脐贴,考察其离体皮肤经皮渗透特性并通过多因素方差分析优化其处方;制定姜香脐贴的含量、规格,完成复方中药经皮给药系统新药---姜香贴剂的组方、处方、提取和制备工艺、体外性质考察、药效学等新药临床前研究工作。

巴豆贴脐法
巴豆贴脐法 水肿的外治法。见《医宗金鉴·幼科杂病心法要诀》。用巴豆、水银粉、硫黄，共研匀成饼，先用新棉一片，包药，贴脐上，外用纱布缚约一时许，自然泻下恶水，待下三、五次，去药。食粥调补止泻。适用于湿盛，水肿腰以下为重，或男儿阴囊皆肿，兼有腹痛者。
