其特征是病灶为大小不等(1至数厘米)、衬或不衬以内皮细胞的分散的血湖。本病极为罕见。病因未明,可能与激素治疗或某些药物治疗有关。临床表现为肝大、门脉高压、肝功能衰竭或病灶破裂出血等。部分亦见于作为慢性消耗性疾病如结核或肿瘤等的并发症。
