感染性血小板减少性紫癜
细菌、病毒及寄生虫病等引起的血小板减少。细菌的内毒素和外毒素可直接破坏血小板;病毒可对骨髓巨核细胞的生成有抑制作用,因而血小板减少并发生紫癜。常见于伤寒、疟疾、病毒性肝炎、风疹等。
