性质:从原理上讲,它属于激光解吸质谱(LDMS),它与普通LDMS的不同在于,激光不是直接打在试样上使之解吸,而是把试样悬浮在基质中,激光打在基质上,基质吸收并传递激光能量,使基质中的试样解吸出来,试样解吸并电离后进入时间飞行质谱仪中检测。MALDI-TOFMS由于使用了基质辅助,它对激光能量的限制就比较宽了,对不同的试样,改变基质,可以获得更满意的结果。目前MALDI-TOF MS是用来进行药物、生物分子的测定的较好手段。
