Methods Monocytic cells of bone marrow samples from 24 cases with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL),15 cases with multiple myeloma(MM),26 cases with non-Hodgkins lymphoma(NHL),4 cases with chronic lymphocytic leukemia(CLL),4 cases with Hodgkins lymphoma(HD) and 16 healthy persons were measured by immunological fluores.
方法 用免疫荧光方法检测 2 4例急性淋巴细胞白血病 (acutelymphoblasticleukemia ,ALL) ,15例多发性骨髓瘤 (multi plemyeloma ,MM) ,2 6例非霍杰金氏淋巴瘤 (non Hodgkinslymphoma ,NHL) ,4例慢性淋巴细胞白血病 (chroniclymphocyticleukemia ,CLL) ,4例霍杰金氏淋巴瘤 (Hodgkinslymphoma)及 16例正常人造血干细胞CD+ 3 4细胞表面CD5 4的表达。
