常用针灸穴位。属手阳明大肠经，是合穴。因穴处屈肘曲骨之中，穴处有凹陷，形似浅池，故名。国际标准代号为LI11。
定位 侧腕曲肘，肘关节桡侧，当尺泽与肱骨外上髁连线的中点。
取穴 ①曲肘(约70°)拱手，在肘窝横纹端尽处是穴。②手大拇指第一横纹对肘关节桡骨突起处，大拇指尖尽处是穴。
刺灸法 直刺1～1.5寸；可灸。
功用 解热止痛。
主治 发热，头晕，皮肤瘙痒，手臂无力。
