【来源】
为清风藤科植物泡花树的根皮。
【植物形态】
泡花树 落叶灌木或小乔木，高4～6米。枝直立，灰褐色。叶互生，具短柄，倒卵形，长7～15厘米，宽3～7厘米，先端锐尖或渐尖，基部楔形，边缘有波状锯齿，上面无毛，下面脉腋有簇生毛。圆锥花序顶生，花序轴被锈色短柔毛；花小，黄白色，径6毫米。核果球形，直径5毫米，成熟时黑色。花期7月。果期9月。 生于高山山坡或沟边杂木林中。分布陕西、河南、江西、湖北、湖南、四川、云南等省。
【采集】
全年可采，晒干或鲜用。
【性味】
甘辛，平。
【功用主治】
清热解毒，镇痛利水。治无名肿毒，毒蛇咬伤，臌胀水肿。
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，2～5钱。外用：捣敷。
【选方】
治腹胀气滞：灵寿茨五钱，窝儿七、太白米、木通、太白茶各-钱，青蛙七、大黄各二钱。水煎服。(性味以下出《陕西中草药》)
