The degree of activity of daily living and cognitive ability were assessed with Fugl-Meyer assessment scale,modifed Barthel index and mini mental status examination(MMSE) respectively before and after the treatment.
[方法]将40例脑梗死患者随机分为针刺组20例和对照组20例,治疗前后采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法(FMA)、简易精神状态检查(MMSE)和修订Barthel指数(MBI)对其运动功能、认知功能及日常生活能力进行评定,对照观察针刺对脑梗死患者的康复效果。

Both are treated for 12 weeks,then they are measured Fugl-Meyer balance accumulated points,sheikh accumulated points and Fugl-Meyer sports accumulated points.
