To observe the feasibility of 99Tcm -HL91 hypoxia imaging to predict the radiosensitization of hyperbaric oxygenation, the mice bearing H22 tumor KM were placed into hyperbaric oxygen chamber for a certain time, and were divided into three groups of 15 min, 30 min and 60 min, according to the time of being out of hyperbaric oxygenation.
为探讨99Tcm-HL91乏氧显像预测高压氧对肿瘤放疗增敏的可行性,将经过高压氧舱治疗后的荷H22肝癌KM小鼠按其出高压氧舱的时间分为15min组、30min组、60min组,以不进行高压氧治疗的小鼠为对照组。
