Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of plasmakenitic vaporization of prostate (PKVP) in the treatment of senior and high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
方法对58例高龄、高危前列腺增生患者采用等离子体前列腺切割术治疗。

会阴前列腺切除术
经会阴入路,于直肠前显露前列腺包囊后壁,切开并切除前列腺。主要优点是手术范围不大,损伤小,对全身影响较小,但此切口较小,显露较差,不易止血,手术操作困难,易发生直肠损伤。现很少采用。
