Rigid internal fixation is a conventional method of fixation for facture,orthognathic surgery and reconstruction of bone defect in the maxillofacial region.
坚强内固定技术是颌面部骨折、正颌外科以及骨缺损修复重建的常规固定手段,目前临床上以纯钛制作的接骨板和螺钉最为常用,其稳定的固定效果和优越的生物相容性为骨组织愈合提供了良好的内环境,能维持骨段在正常解剖位置上愈合,较好地恢复功能和形态,但其存在应力遮挡、不能降解吸收、金属离子释出等缺点。
