房间隔缺损
septal defect
约占先天性心脏病发病总数的20%～30%。由于小儿时期症状多较轻，不少患儿到成人时才被发现。女性较多见。房间隔缺损根据解剖病变的不同而有卵圆孔未闭，第一孔未闭和第二孔未闭等不同类型。卵圆孔未闭一般不引起两心房间的分流，因此无多大临床意义。第一孔未闭型缺损位于心房间隔的下部，呈半月形，缺损往往较大，常伴有二尖瓣或三尖瓣的裂孔而形成关闭不全，多见于二尖瓣。第二孔未闭型缺损位于心房间隔的中部卵圆窝处，或靠近上，下腔静脉，直径常在1～3cm之间。房间隔缺损可合并其他心血管畸形，较常见的为肺静脉畸形引流入右心房及肺动脉狭窄等。
