支气管腺


存在于支气管粘膜下层的混合腺体。分泌粘液样物质,覆盖于支气管纤毛上皮细胞的表面,可粘附吸入空气中灰尘颗粒。纤毛不断向咽部方向摆动,将粘液与灰尘排出,以净化吸入的气体,具有防御功能。在慢性支气管炎时,腺体大量增生,分泌功能亢进,使分泌物增多而粘稠。如不能充分排出,则形成阻塞而导致肺气肿。
