原料:牛肉半斤、杂菜粒一包.

佐料:盐、糖、酱油、黑椒粉(可因个人口味增减)、油、蒜茸(同黑椒粉)、鸡粉。

过程:

1.将牛肉切粒,若不善刀工者可在市场买的时候就请人代劳。用酱油、油、糖、生粉捞一捞。

2.用少少的油热一下锅,爆香蒜茸;

3.将牛肉粒倒进锅里,中火翻炒一分钟,加入黑椒粉、鸡粉,看牛肉转了颜色就可以装出来,不然牛肉会炒老;

4.不用再加油了,倒入杂菜粒(事先要过水),翻炒一分钟,加一点盐;

5.加入牛肉粒再翻炒1-2分钟;

6.大功告成,上盘。

温馨提示

杂菜粒在一些比较大型的超市里会有配好一包一包售卖的,可以挑选自己喜欢的口味,做菜前只需将其用开水泡一泡就可以了。油不用放得太多,只在开始放上两锅铲就够了,以健康为主。
