性质：所谓缺酸是指溶液中氢离子少于该溶液中主要的盐水解时产生的氢离子数。在缺酸条件下，很多裂变产物硝酸盐转变成萃取性很差的碱式硝酸盐，因而提高了裂变产物去污效果。缺酸进料的缺点是高放-循环废液中含有大量硝酸铝，增加了高放废物体积。缺酸料液是将Thorex溶剂溶解所得硝酸钍溶液蒸发到沸点达135℃，在恒定体积和温度下用蒸汽提馏法脱硝而得。溶剂萃取前，料液用0.02mol/L NaHSO3处理，使钌转成萃取性能差的化合物种类，提高钌的去污。
