性质：在注塑成型中用螺杆代替柱塞，由螺杆前进提供注塑压力的成型方法。在挤出机螺杆的后面安装了油压缸使螺杆能够轴向移动。螺杆旋转使物料塑化并向前推进，同时由于物料的反压力使螺杆后退，材料就积蓄在螺杆前面。得到一定塑化量后螺杆停止旋转，并在液压缸的作用下向前将材料推压注入模具。这种方法的优点是整个周期能够连续，而且不需保持非常大的锁模力。
