Based on the study of implement mechanism of electric reciprocating saw,a kinematic and dynamic model was established,the picture of electric tool′s motion framework with reciprocating lever inextenso were made and the situation and design method of the motion framework which mentioned above were analysed,also the balance framework was improved by using ADAMS.
以往复杆式电动锯运动机构为研究对象,建立了运动学和动力学模型,完整地绘制了往复杆式电动工具运动机构简图,对往复杆式电动工具运动机构的状态及设计方法进行了相应的分析与计算,并用ADAM S软件对平衡机构进行了优化。

This article suggests that the reciprocating screw is divided into two parts: one,the part of filament slider,is made with nylon bar as matrix;the other,central axis,is still made with 45 structural section steel,thus overcoming the shortcomings of the reciprocating screw made only.
编织袋扁丝纱锭绕制机核心零件往复螺杆的加工质量难以保证,由于加工手段较为落后,同时零件本身的材质调质钢件更增加了加工难度;现将整体往复螺杆分成两部分,即把滑线部分改成尼龙棒为基体,中心轴仍然用原材料45结构钢制成,克服了全钢制造的往复螺杆存在的缺点。
