性状描述:无色可燃液体,易挥发。沸点59.4℃,6.4℃(13.3kPa),47℃(66.5kPa),熔点-130℃±2℃,相对密度0.9583(20/4℃),闪点(开杯)-20℃,折射率1.4585。与空气形成爆炸性混合物,爆炸极限2.5%-12%(体积)。溶于乙醇;苯,微溶于水。具辛辣气味。能发生加成;聚合反应。

生产方法:(1)由乙炔二聚得到的乙烯基乙炔与氯化氢加成而得。生产1t氯丁二烯消耗乙烯基乙炔约750kg;氯化氢约500kg。

(2)由丁二烯氯化得二氯丁烯,再脱氯化氢而得:由丁二烯氯化所得的二氯丁烯为3,4-二氯丁烯-1和1,4-二氯丁烯-2的混合物。由于制氯丁二烯需要3,4-二氯丁烯-2,故需将1,4-异构物转化为3,4-异构物。其方法是将混合物在氯化亚铜存在下,于130-145℃进行蒸馏,即可将1,4-异构物转化为沸点较低的3,4-异构物(从塔顶出来即可用于脱氯化氢制氯丁二烯)。1,4-二氯丁烯-2在85℃下用稀碱液脱氯化氢即生成2-氯丁二烯。

用途:制造氯丁橡胶的单体。
