N一A IJ一]一nshuJ一an huohewu gaowen heJ旧NIAI基金属间化合物高温合金(NIAI一baseintermetallie eompound superalloy)以NIAI相为基体的金属间化合物高温合金。NIAI合金为体心立方BZ晶体结构.与Ni3AI合金相比，熔点高、密度小、具有更好的抗氧化性。但用作高温结构材料有两点不足:抗高温蠕变性能太差;室温脆性尚未得到根本解决。提高强度主要通过添加高熔点合金元素的固溶强化或者第二相质点的弥散强化(见高温合金强化)。添加铁可以形成两相组织，能提高屈服强度。通过机械合金化工艺加入第二相质点(Y刃3，TIBZ)也可以提高强度。最近，改善塑性的研究已得到令人鼓舞的结果，通过调整含铝量使之偏离正常成分而处在亚当量范围，获得y+丫两相组织(见高温合金材料的金属间化合物相)，可使N;AI基金属间化合物高温合金的室温拉伸塑性提高到5%~6%。 (邹敦叙)
