Analysis showed that the thermal mismatching stress was induced by the difference of thermal expansion coefficient between austenite and ferrite during quenching,and it caused the the increase of residual thermal stress in the specimens after quenching.
经分析发现,在淬火过程中因奥氏体和铁素体热膨胀系数不同而产生的热失配应力增加了试验后试样内残余热应力,较大的残余热应力在金相腐蚀过程中诱发了微裂纹;并理论上计算了热失配应力单独作用下淬火过程中微裂纹产生的临界淬火温降,为工业生产提供了理论参考。

热胀 热胀 病证名。因湿热之气壅滞于中所致的腹胀满。见《兰室秘藏·诸腹胀大皆属于热论》。因伤于酒湿面及膏粱厚味,或食已便卧,使湿热之气不得施化所致。《证治汇补·胀满章》:“热胀宜清,诸腹胀大皆属于热,因湿热之气不得施化,壅滞于中而成腹胀者,宜以苦寒药治之。若脾气不宣,郁而成火吞酸,吞酸渐成胀满者,用药宜刚中带柔,连理汤主之。”《医学准绳·六要》:“有火盛阴虚,热乘血分者,其腹虽胀而不甚大,按之益坚,小便黄赤,大便秘涩,其脉数实细小,不可误作湿食治。盖消导则阴愈伤;去湿则津愈涸,宜用苦寒之药,如当归龙荟丸加胡连之类。”或选用分消丸、厚朴七物汤等。参见胀病条。
