A series of technical measures such as adjustment of gas temperatures and amelioration of the quality of circulating oil were adopted,reaching the goals of reducing naphthalene content in gas after primary cooling and energy saving.

Reasons and harm of higher gas temperature at the final cooling stage are analyzed and solutions are proposed.

In analysis layer,raw gas temperature of combustion process was analyzed online,and realtime working conditions of combustion process were identified by a secondary decision method based on multi-sensor information fusion.
