A method of Sephadex chromatographic separation is used to improve thepreparation and resolution of u-fac-[Co(ida)_2] ̄-,cis-[Co(NO_2)_2(en)-2] ̄+,and[Co(mal)_2(en)] ̄-under given conditions.
在给定条件下用凝胶色谱分离改进u-fac-[Co(ida)_2] ̄-、cis-[Co(NO_2)_2(en)_2] ̄+和[Co(mal)_2(en)] ̄-的合成与拆分,中间物和产物的组成与结构用电子光谱、CD光谱和元素分析表征,结果表明:1)用Cl ̄-型QAE-Sephadex色谱柱可分离除去s-fac-[Co(ida)_2] ̄-,提高u-fac-[Co(ida)_2] ̄-的纯度;2)用N ̄+型SP-Sephadex色谱柱将u-fac-K[Co(ida)_2] ̄-转化为氢型,使它与△-(-)_(D-)[Co(ox)(en)_2]Ac生成的非对映异构难溶盐不会夹带溶解度较小的消旋u-fac-K[Co(ida)_2];3)用不同类型的Sephadex色谱柱从非对映异构难溶盐或易溶盐中分离出光学活性产物,纯拆分试剂的回收率是70%~80%。
