  Fe3AI JIJ一nshujlon huahewu gaowen heJinFe3AI基金属间化合物高温合金(F e3AI一baseintermetallie eomPound suPeralloy)以Fe3AI相为基体的金属间化合物高温合金。该合金具有优异的高温抗氧化、抗硫化腐蚀性能,合金密度较小,因为不含贵重元素,故价格低廉,很适合于在高温氧化、硫化腐蚀的环境中工作。Fe3AI合金有两个不足之处:室温很脆,伸长率仅3%左右;高温强度不足。通过添加合金元素铬、硼,采取温加工工艺和合理的热处理制度,基本上解决了室温脆性问题,室温拉伸伸长率提高到15%左右。提高强度的途径是进行合金化,添加错、妮、铝等元素进行固溶强化和析出第二相进行时效强化,使合金室温拉伸强度达到l000MPa,600℃拉伸强度达到560MPa。Fe3AI基金属间化合物高温合金可以制造加热元件、炉子紧固件、热交换器、汽车用管材、石油管道和磁性元件等。该合金在真正走向实用之前,应在冶炼工艺和热加工工艺方面进行改进。 (}马培立卜
