Due to the disadvantages of low size precision of billet,low efficiency and dependence on worker's technique during traditional blank making by open-die forging,a novel process of blank making by upsetting was adopted,Small-diameter bar was upset by die on scrape pressure machine.
由于常规的自由锻制坯方式存在坯料尺寸精度低、效率低、依赖操作工人的水平等缺点,尝试采用镦头的制坯方式,即采用小直径的棒料用模具在摩擦压力机上镦粗,但在镦粗的过程中易出现折叠等缺陷。

Aiming at the obliterated extrusion forming with extrusion-belt of pre-forging part,the influences of punch geometry,extrusion-belt length,mould temperature and lubrication to forming technology were discussed by using DEFORM,then the technology parameters used in the forming were acquired.
针对挤压带式闭塞挤压精密预制坯的成形过程,以DEFORM软件为工具,研究了冲头形状、挤压带长度、模具工作温度、润滑等条件对成形工艺的影响,确定了成形过程中需采用的工艺参数。
