The boron isotopic composition in the brines of Da Qaidam Salt Lake and its surrounding waters has been determined by VG-354 model mass spectrometry with the Cs2BO+2 ion being measured by thermal technique.

| 大柴旦镇 位于中国青海省北部，柴达木山西南麓，大柴旦湖畔。主要有汉、蒙古、藏族等。1956年开始建设，1960年以马海及噶尔穆工作委员会部分地区合并为大柴旦市，1964年撤市改镇。直辖于海西蒙古族藏族自治州。 大柴旦镇地处柴达木盆地，平均海拔3173米。属高原温带大陆性气候，年均温2℃，降水量75毫米。自然条件较差。水资源以地下水为主。矿产资源主要有硼矿、粘土、煤矿，是中国硼的重要生产地。尤其是大小柴旦湖含丰富的三氧化二硼。大柴旦湖还含氯化铝等。工业以电力、机械、冶金、汽车修配、制氧、化学工业为支柱。青海省西北部公路交通枢纽，东通德令哈市、西宁市，西通茫崖镇，北通新疆维吾尔自治区，南抵达格尔木市。 |
