性质:由分离膜构成的分离核心,但没有耐压外壳,不能直接在装置上运行。如把微滤膜膜片制成百褶裙式筒,它不能单独使用,称为百褶裙式微滤元件;把超滤膜复合在烧结聚乙烯支撑管上,也不能单独使用,称为管式超滤元件。把两张平板膜中夹入导流层,三边密封成袋形,再在膜袋上放置特殊网格卷绕在多孔滤液收集管上,制成了卷式元件。用超滤膜,称卷式超滤元件;用反渗透膜,称卷式反渗透元件。但中空纤维只能浇铸固定在耐压外壳两端,能在装置上直接运行,称中空纤维组件,而不称元件。随膜性能称气体分离中空纤维组件、反渗透中空纤维组件、超滤中空纤维组件等。
