主料：鸡腿
辅料：木耳、豆苗、姜、蒜
调料：盐、白糖、黑胡椒、白葡萄酒、干辣椒
烹制方法：
1、将鸡腿切成块，加入白葡萄酒、姜片腌制10分钟；
2、坐锅点火倒入油，油热后，下干辣椒炸出香味，再放入鸡块翻炒片刻，然后放入木耳、葱花，加少许水焖10分钟，出锅前加入盐、白糖、黑胡椒调味，放入豆苗即可。
特点：鸡肉鲜嫩，汤味浓香。
