漂白促进
用木聚糖酶来促进硫酸盐浆ECF和TCF漂白,能够节约漂剂和/或提高浆料漂后白度。
纤维改性和脱墨
淀粉酶和纤维素酶用于纤维改性和脱墨,能够促进油墨脱除、提高脱墨浆白度;改善滤水性及提高卫生纸的柔软度。
木素改性/废水处理
漆酶用于木素改性和废水处理,可提高含机械浆浆料的湿强度和降低废水色度及BOD/COD值。
过氧化氢控制
过氧化氢酶可监控和优化漂白中过氧化氢的用量。漂白结束后,加入过氧化氢酶可降解残余过氧化氢。
树脂障碍控制
用机械浆造纸过程中,脂肪酶用于树脂障碍控制可提高纸张强度,减少纸病,缩短停机时间并减少纸毯及辊子的清洗次数,从而改善纸品质量并提高生产经济效益。
淀粉改性
淀粉酶使得纸厂可在现场对原淀粉进行改性用于表面涂布施胶,较直接购买商品变性淀粉,这样更为经济实用。
