如二氯四羰基二铑,分子式C4Cl2O4Rh2,分子量388.74,系桔红色结晶状晶体。熔点124~125℃。可溶于有机溶剂。在空气中易分解。是重要的加氢催化剂。目前较新的一种有机铑化合物是反式-(三苯基磷)羰基铑的氢化物,式中L代表的是三苯基磷。是烯烃加氢反应的极好催化剂。类似的还有反式-(三苯基磷)氯化铑。它既是烯烃加氢催化剂,同时还是醛类脱羰基化反应的催化剂。
