On the basis of their physicochemical and spectroscopic data,they were identified as tutin,coriatin,corianin and vanillin.
用来自秦岭的马桑籽,经乙醇回流提取,通过硅胶柱、高效液相制备柱分离得到3个内酯类和一个芳香类化合物,根据光谱数据鉴定其结构分别为羟基马桑毒素(tutinⅠ)、马桑亭(coriatinⅡ)、马桑宁(corianinⅢ)和香草醛(vanillinⅣ)。

中文名:台湾马桑 学名:coriaria japonica a. gray ssp. intermedia (matsum.) huang &科名:coriariacea 马桑科花果期:春季用途:山胞以叶治腹痛,但应小心使用。落叶性灌木,茎具有髓心,分枝多;叶对生,长卵形或长椭圆形,先端尖锐,近於无柄,长4-6公分,宽2-2.5公分,主脉3条;春季新叶长出後旋即开花,花序总状,腋出,花单性,雌雄同株,花被5数,花冠黄绿色,雄蕊10枚;蒴果圆球形,径约4-6公厘,5室,成熟时紫红色。全岛海拔600-2500公尺之山地,常成群生长於河岸、砂地、山坡向阳地以及高山林道两旁。 有毒部位:全株有毒,枝叶及种子毒性最强。中毒病状:误食嫩枝叶及未成熟果实,造成全身发麻,冒冷汗、恶心、呕吐、心跳减缓、血压上升、呼吸加快、痉挛、昏迷乃至死亡。
