Method: To determine changes on hepatic and intestinal glutathione (GSH), superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX), malondialdehyde(MDA),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and myeloperoxidase(MPO)by nucleotides free (NF) and nucleotides (NT) diet mice under lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induced oxidative response.
方法:用脂多糖(LPS)构建氧化应激模型,检测外源核苷酸对小肠组织中谷胱甘肽(GSH)、超氧化歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)以及髓过氧化物酶(MPO)的变化。

方法在2005年4~6月到某疾病控制中心体检的符合纳入标准的对象中随机抽取99名男性,调查其吸烟情况后根据分组标准分为:吸烟组43人,对照组56人,并分别检测其血清中可溶性细胞间粘附分子(sICAM-1)浓度、可溶性血管细胞粘附分子(sVCAM-1)浓度、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)水平。

By means of fumigating two years old seedlings in open top chambers,this paper studied the effect of automobile exhaust on proline content,relative conductivity,malondialdehyde content(MDA) superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and peroxidase(POD) activity,in the seedlings foliage of four tree species Buxus sinica Cheng,Aesculus chinensis Bunge.
结果表明:随着处理浓度的增加,4个树种叶片各指标变化模式不同,SOD、POD酶活性变化趋势相似,均先上升后下降;MDA和相对电导率的变化趋势均整体上升,说明尾气对质膜造成了伤害;脯氨酸含量的变化未表现出规律性。
