In order to control soot pollution of reduction phase in copper refining furnace, based on technical principle of decreasing soot and combusting soot which has been made, emulsifying heavy oil,increasing emulsified oil temperature,improving mode of reductive oil,setting firebox in side flue to combust soot again are performed in soot control.
为了降低铜精炼反射炉还原期的黑烟污染 ,根据减少黑烟的生成及使黑烟通过燃烧消除的技术原理 ,选定重油乳化、提高炉前乳化油温度、改进还原重油喷入方式、在副烟道中设置燃烧室进行黑烟的二次燃烧为突破口进行了黑烟的治理。
