性质:指制品的烧成周期从传统的数十小时缩短为数小时,数十分钟,甚至数分钟的迅速烧成。为了实现快速烧成,在工艺上:严格控制入窑水分,尽量减少坯体线收缩率,采用双面加热坯体,减少其自身的温差,合理控制烧成等措施。在窑炉上可采用小断面隔焰窑,使用高速等温烧嘴,进行急冷和强制通风,采用轻质材料筑窑。快速烧成可用于坯体的素烧和釉烧。其优点是生产效率高,燃料消耗少。如采用微波烧结等新技术,烧成周期将大大缩短,实现快速烧成则更为容易。
