性质:即碳纤维增强碳复合材料。以碳或石墨纤维为增强体,碳或石墨为基体,复合在一起的材料。碳/碳复合材料具有良好的强度和刚度,高级的碳/碳复合材料在所有复合材料中具有最高的强度。在惰性气氛下具有良好的热和化学稳定性,强度可以保持到2000℃以上,并可以制成一维到多维复杂形状制品。其主要性质如下:拉伸强度大于276MPa,弹性模量大于69GPa,密度小于2.99g/cm3,熔点大于4100℃,热导率约11.5W/(m·K),线性膨胀系数约1.1×10-6℃-1。现有保护膜技术可使碳碳复合材料使用到1600℃。碳/碳复合材料已用于赛车和飞机上的刹车片、喷气发动机燃烧室喷嘴、导弹和航天飞机鼻帽和前缘等方面。
