本文以乙烯非敏感性切花非洲菊(Gerbera jamesonii Bolus)粉红品种‘Emperor’和橙黄品种‘Mazurka’为实验材料,系统研究了植物生长调节剂及含植物生长调节剂的保鲜剂对非洲菊切花衰老的影响,在观测瓶插寿命的基础上,通过测定水分平衡值、鲜重变化率、SOD、CAT、POD活性、超氧物阴离子(O_2~-)产生速率、MDA含量、脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量等生理指标,研究了非洲菊切花的衰老机理,探讨了氧自由基及其他因素在非洲菊切花衰老中的作用;并且讨论了含自由基清除剂的保鲜剂对非洲菊切花瓶插品质的效应,试验结果如下: 1。

绍兴兰花,主产于绍兴县漓渚、棠棣一带。绍兴是中国植兰最早的地方之一,素称“兰花故乡”。南宋宝庆《会稽续志》载:“兰,《越绝书》曰:句践种兰渚山。旧经曰:兰渚山,句践种兰之地。”兰渚山,在今漓渚兰亭,仍以盛产春兰而驰名中外。
绍兴兰花,品种繁多,其花形、色彩、香味,均属独特。一枝在室,清香四溢,沁人心脾。明代书画家徐渭咏《兰》诗云:“莫讶春光不属侬,一香已足压千红。总令摘香韩娘袖,不作人间脑麝风。”兰花传统名种“宋梅”、“楼梅”、“环球荷鼎”、“簪蝶”等,均出自绍兴。绍兴奇种“绿云”,属国家级保护珍稀资源。1959年,绍兴奇瓣名兰一株,被北京中山公园命名为“中山蝴蝶荷”。1982年,绍兴市②人大常委会定兰花为绍兴市花,并成立了全国第一个兰花协会,即绍兴市兰花协会。1988年,广州首届中国兰花博览会上,绍兴新育名兰“菊瓣蝴蝶”、“金边玉衣”和“春兰银边”获金质奖牌。绍兴兰花,不仅在国内享有盛誉,且已远销日本、澳大利亚、英国、美国和香港等国家和地区。1990年,绍兴县有兰花品种153个,植兰8000余盆。
