性质:由夹竹桃霉素和醋酸酐在吡啶中乙酰化制得。白色结晶性粉末。无臭,微苦。熔点176℃。溶于乙醇、丙酮及氯仿,微溶于水和乙醚。其抗菌作用与其他大环内酯类抗生素相同,口服后体内脱去乙酰基,以游离竹桃霉素发挥作用。成人口服250mg,2h后血药浓度达峰值,脏器内浓度较高,尤以肺、皮肤和尿中浓度高。临床用于对本品敏感的葡萄球菌、支原体、肺炎球菌、白喉杆菌等引起的感染症。连续用药可能出现肝损害,偶见胃肠道不适或过敏反应。肝功能不全者慎用。
