In order to repairing of used parts worked in condition of high temperature and wearing,based on development of austenite matrix surfacing electrode,the properties of surfacing layer could be improved by addition of rare earth element Yttrium in the electrode and the influence of pretreatment process on structure and properties of surfacing layer with this electrode was studied in this paper.

性质:又叫奥-贝球铁。基体组织为奥氏体加贝氏体组织的球墨铸铁。这类球铁硅含量一般在1.4%~3.8%。含锰量小于0.5%,与普通球铁比较硅偏高、锰偏低。通过调节化学成分与热处理获得理想的奥-贝球铁的基体组织为针状贝氏体或无碳贝氏体一富碳奥氏体。这类球铁具有优良的综合机械性能、强度高、耐磨性好、韧性好、特别是有高的缺口韧性,可代替钢,用于制作重要受力结构件,如曲轴、齿轮、凸轮轴等。
