强化气流干燥机：
A型：风机兼做打散器，适合干燥热敏性物料，热效率高，系统构成简单。
典型物料：双尿腈，间苯二甲腈，农药中间体，粉丝蛋白等密度轻，非磨蚀性的产品。
B型：带粉碎机的气流干燥机
广泛用于膏糊状物料的干燥，在基础型的基础上，增加一种高效粉碎机，湿物料先在粉碎机内粉碎干燥。经干燥的细产品由热风带进收尘装置，没有被夹带的颗粒较大的湿产品，继续被破碎干燥，直至能够被风输送到收尘装置。
该机型特别适用于膏糊状、滤饼状物料的干燥。
具体物料有：污泥渣、泥煤、粘土、磷酸氢钙、高岭土、硅藻土、丙烯酰胺等。
特点：
1．干燥时间短、脱水速度快、一般在0.5-3秒。热效率高、且产品不产生过热现象。自动化程度高、干燥产品质量好。
2．干燥强度大、脱水能力可从25 kgH2O/h至2000 kgH2O/h。
3．设备简单、占地面积小、投资省，GQW型为专用低高度紧凑型。
4．应用范围广，可适用于各种粉粒状、膏糊、滤饼类物料。
5．可根据用户情况及物料耐热温度选择蒸汽、电、热风炉、烟气炉、锅炉烟气余热等作为热源。热介质的温度可以从120℃至780℃之间选择。
