6) Rye bran flour

补充资料：牛肉麦皮
用料：
麦皮2汤匙半，牛肉40克或适量。
腌料：
生抽1茶匙，糖1/6茶匙，生粉1/4茶匙，油1茶匙，水1汤匙。
做法：
1．麦皮放人碗中，加入清水1/4杯浸20分钟，用汤匙搅烂。
2. 牛肉洗净，抹干水剁烂，加入腌料腌20分钟。
3．水1杯或适量，放人小煲内煲滚，放下麦皮及浸麦皮的水煲
滚，慢火煲成稍稀的糊状，下牛肉搅匀煲熟，下极少的盐调味。待温度适合时，便可喂幼儿进食。
说明：
当牛肉放入麦皮内、应迅速拌匀、否则，牛肉开始熟便会结成团，要弄散需花一些时间。麦皮不可煲得过浓厚[ 即“杰”（稠）]，因为冷后便会更浓厚了。
营养与功能：
麦皮和牛肉都含有蛋白质，牛肉又含有铁质，都是幼儿需要的营养。
